I Love The Rain

Tonight I went to the digital scrapbooking class that I'm taking with my sister, Alicia. We got out of the class and it was pouring - not just raining little drops, but huge drops of rain...the kind where one drop can really dampen you. Anyway, as we were walking (not running) to the car, I thought about the rain. I remember being a kid and just playing in the rain, getting totally soaked and thinking nothing about it. I miss that! I love how fresh rain makes everything seem - it feels, looks and smells so clean. I really love the weather that comes during the change of seasons. It's just so unpredictable and exciting. You never know what you're going to get. And fall is my fave. It's not too hot, not too cold, just nice and cool...jacket weather. And there's something about fall and this kind of weather that reminds me of my younger, hipper college days. Something about back-to-school time that makes me reminisce a little. Good times! Well, enough blogging, I'm going to sit by the window and just appreciate this little rainstorm.
