Carnival & Pumpkin Painting

Monday and Tuesday are a complete blur.  I don't remember what I was doing, but I was too busy to get anything accomplished.  Wednesday I had Anthony and then Marcos had Young Men's.  I took Dylan and Preston up to my mom's house that afternoon to go to Tony's Halloween carnival. We had a little bit of time so we decided to paint pumpkins first.  Dylan had a blast painting.  He loved mixing all the colors together.  His pumpkin ended up a brownish-red color in the end.  He had fun though.  After we painted the pumpkins, we headed over to Tony's school.  It was utter chaos, but the kids had so much fun.  There were all sorts of games and food and even a haunted house.  The 5th and 6th graders put it on.  They call it an "economics fair" but it's basically a carnival.  I have no pictures of that.  It was hard enough to keep track of all the kids there.  One of those fun days where you can survive, but that's about it.  Anyway, it was a lot of fun, but we were exhausted and ready for bed by the end of the night!
