Snow Days

I watched Tony last Monday while school was still out and my mom was out of town. It was fun to have him over to play for the day. He made playing outside in the snow much more fun. We all bundled up to go outside in the best outfits I could come up with since Anthony hadn't brought anything but a coat with him.  He ended up wearing some rain boots and didn't mind one bit.  After a couple of minutes of walking, falling and getting trapped in the snow, Preston was DONE.  I took him inside to warm up and watch a Baby Einstein's DVD. He didn't move a muscle the whole time the other boys were outside playing - he was completely content. Unfortunately, the snow was pretty frozen and crunchy so we couldn't build the snowman Tony was hoping for, but the kids did have a pretty fun snowball fight.  It was fairly even with Tony against Dylan and Anthony, although Dylan didn't seem to think so.  He thought it was fun to throw snowballs until they started coming back at him.  It was hard to capture the moment with so many kids screaming, crying or needing my attention, but here are a few I was able to take.
