Saturday night we enjoyed a delicious meal thanks to grandma. She seriously spoils us when we're there. I tried to stay up and watch a chick flick with her while Marcos watched Deadliest Catch in the guest room, but I'm pretty sure I only made it through half the movie. I was COMPLETELY SPENT after 10 days of travel and vacationing! We had every intention of going to church with grandma the next morning, but when we found out it was her stake conference, we decided we'd skip it. Two hours of sacrament meeting with the boys sounded like torture. I woke up with a sore throat and wondered if I was getting yet another cold. I've been fighting a sinus infection FOREVER! I seem to keep re-infecting myself with the same germs this pregnancy. Anyway, we had breakfast, packed up and let the boys play a bit before we headed home. By the time we hit Provo, I knew I was sick. I had chills and was feeling miserable. I went to the doctor Monday and sure enough it was strep throat. I had a fever of 101 for three days straight...and Tylenol every 4 hours didn't exactly keep the fever down. It took me a few days to get the laundry done and the house caught up again with such a miserable virus, but at least it didn't affect the trip. We were able to truly enjoy our vacation with very setbacks. Hurrah to spring break! Until next year, my friend! ;)

We call them Grandma Mary and Grandpa Zeek (the Geek).
I did the chick flick thing with her too. My kids did the 10 mile hike back and forth to Grandpa's room.
What a fun trip for your little family. I bet the boys were so much fun and I bet they had a great time. Sorry you got sick though, I fought a cold/sinus the whole time I was carrying the twins so I know that pain. Glad you had a great time!
